This is really good! I'm a sucker for moral Orochimaru stories, but even disregarding that, this is a gem.
Has Orochimaru already given Anko her cursed seal? That's earlier than I expected - I thought it happened only shortly before he got chased out of Konoha, some years after Naruto was born. I'm looking forward to finding out what happened.
